The quality of the cutting and scraping utensils in this kit are FAR superior to anything I've found in stores! I'm so happy with this purchase because of that! Not only is the quality second to none, but the variety of cutting tools is amazing! This kit includes two cutting blades, one a beginner blade, and a second blade that is actually dual-sided for more accuracy and cutting smaller shapes. I honestly was not expecting much from these brushes, but I am very pleasantly surprised at the Quality of both the brushes and the handles, as well as the two name brand products that arrived with the set as a free bonus gift. These brushes have a very finely milled genuine wood handle, completely sealed, and stamp imprinted with the Babi Bear name. The only reason that I found this information out, about the material used, is that I took two pairs of pliers and pried the ferrule off of the brush handle in order to see. The ferrule is a very pretty rose gold colored metal and appears to be both stamped and glued onto the handle very tightly so that it won't accidentally come undone over many, many uses.
