Matcha House Ceremonial Grade Atomic Matcha Review
Matcha House Ceremonial Grade Atomic Matcha
As many people know, matcha is fantastic for boosting energy, detoxification of the body, weight loss, and increased concentration. This matcha in particular is ceremonial grade.
I actually had to do a little bit of reading on the differences between ceremonial grade and culinary grade recently. The main differences are that ceremonial grade are specifically meant for teas, where culinary grade is a lesser flavorful and usually more dull coloration then ceremonial matcha, and these are commonly used more for preparation of food recipes, rather than drinking.
This ceremonial grade matcha powder is vibrant in color, sweet in aroma, smooth in texture, and very flavorful. Only the highest-quality leaves have been used and they have been milled into a very fine powder which you then mix with hot water. Matcha house tea is also organic, gluten free, and GMO free... It is wholly natural and a very little bit goes a very long way.
The ceremonial properties of this tea means that the matcha is appropriate for koicha preparation in the tea ceremony. (Koicha means “thick tea” and it is a very intense experience! Most people usually drink “usucha” which means thin tea). It is also appropriate for use in any other type of drinking situation, such as lattes and smoothies due to its fine milled texture.
