Babi Bear 15pc Rose Gold Makeup Brushes Set
I received these makeup brushes free of charge from the manufacturer in exchange for my review. I honestly was not expecting much from these brushes, but I am very pleasantly surprised at the Quality of both the brushes and the handles, as well as the two name brand products that arrived with the set as a free bonus gift.
These brushes have a very finely milled genuine wood handle, completely sealed, and stamp imprinted with the Babi Bear name. The only reason that I found this information out, about the material used, is that I took two pairs of pliers and pried the ferrule off of the brush handle in order to see. The ferrule is a very pretty rose gold colored metal and appears to be both stamped and glued onto the handle very tightly so that it won't accidentally come undone over many, many uses.
The brush heads are completely made from synthetic materials, but even so, they are some of the softest, smoothest, nicest brush heads I have ever come across in my years of both personal and professional makeup application. The tops are velvety feeling, half of the brushes being duo fiber, the duo fiber tips being even softer than the single fibered ones.
Included in the 15-piece set are several eyeshadow brushes, and eyeliner and lip liner brush, Contour brushes, face brushes, Foundation brushes, powder brushes, and even a fan brush. Of all 15 brushes, the fan brush was my least favorite. While it is still the same quality, I did not like the crimped texture of the actual fan, although the tips of the fan are still the same high quality as the other brushes and it does what it is intended to do perfectly.
Included with the set is a Babi Bear branded waterproof nylon bag that feels silky on the outside, a brand-name BrushEgg brush cleaner, and a brand name small-size Beauty Blender. I am truly grateful for them, as they are a great addition to complete the set!
