This tool is awesome! It allows you to get all the makeup and gunk out of your brushes. The Brushegg surface has two textures. These dual textured areas let your brush heads switch positions to get in between the bristles better, due to the unnatural positioning when you swish and swirl the brush around.

To use: Just slip the cleaning tool onto your fingertips on your non-dominant hand and add a touch of brush cleaner or baby shampoo to the textured face of this half egg and you can get your brushes super clean, just like they were new.

Since the material is medical grade silicone, it is both hypoallergenic, as well as antibacterial. The antibacterial silicone properties are great for cosmetic brushes in general, as it will not absorb any bacteria coming from dirty brushes, allowing you to have the cleanest tools possible for makeup application and avoid foreseeable blemishes caused by grime, makeup, and bacteria-laden brushes.
