This is cell phone holder #2 I'm reviewing. The style of cell phone holder is absolutely amazing, BUT... I had a problem with this one, as well. While the ring is extremely versatile to use to hold in multiple positions, use to prop up your phone in multiple positions, and even keep from dropping your phone on your face when laying down and playing around with your cell phone, mine broke off the first time I tried to move it because the ring was so hard to move.

The ball magnet also had issues. It would be fantastic for mounting on your dashboard for hands free use, your wall or headboard for charging at night, etc. - if only the adhesive for the mount would be able to stick to the mount! The adhesive is 3M and is plenty sticky, but the back of the ball mount is spindles instead of a solid, and therefore, only sticks for a matter of minutes before crashing down (with or without a phone mounted on it).

I tried contacting the company prior to posting my review, but received no reply and no resolution to the problem. I have since superglued the ring back onto the mount and the ball mount onto the adhesive circle (to avoid damage) and it works great, I just can't turn the ring to any other angle than 90 degrees! Not a fan of the customer service, but still a huge fan of the product, itself.
