This thick memory foam seat cushion is very handy for anyone with back or leg pain, sciatica, or injuries involving the back or coccyx. It can be used in nearly any chair, including office chairs, dining chairs, plush seats, benches, and more. It's also great to keep in the car or truck for daily driving or long trips.
