Vivo Per Lei Mud Mask

This mud mask felt absolutely heavenly and made my skin feel squeaky clean and baby smooth after my treatment. Unlike other similar masks, I really only needed one layer to fully coat.

To apply, I use an older, soft foundation brush instead of a traditional mask brush because of my sensitive skin, and this mask is painted on just as smooth as a plain acrylic paint would be! No need for extra coats  gooey feeling, and it dries quickly, as well. My only dislike was the odor. Some may love the natural scent of the mud, but I personally prefer some scented essential oils or some fragrance in my mask if I'm going to have to smell it for several minutes or more.

It dries to a semi-firm, chalk like finish, and wipes off very easily, with just a touch of moisture. I like to use a warm, damp washcloth for this, and it rinses out of it very easily, as well. This firm finish is fun to play with and attempt to crack, though. For information's sake, I tried everything I could to wrinkle my face to make a crack in it. Perhaps if I had thicker layers this may have worked, but I was unable to crack the finish with the thin layer that I used.

Very fun, very nourishing, and fast! One of the fastest masks I've used! 4 stars out of 5!
